Notion Ai includes built-in assistance that works right inside the same tool you already use to organize projects, notes, documents, and tasks. It helps you search across your workspace and connected apps, prepare meeting notes and transcripts automatically, and gather information to build detailed documents and reports. You can also create and refine written content, translate text, auto-fill large databases, build database layouts from scratch, and even sort and filter your inbox with Notion Mail.

This functionality is included with Notion’s Business and Enterprise plans, and other plans receive a limited trial. To protect your privacy, your data remains encrypted and private. Your workspace information is not used to improve external systems unless you specifically choose to allow it. When needed, Notion securely works with approved partners to deliver these features, under strict agreements that prevent your data from being used for model training. At times, usage may be temporarily limited to ensure smooth performance for all users.
